Cancel

You can cancel a subscription at any time. After cancelling, the paid plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for (no prorated refunds). Once the period ends, automatic control stops, but your account and data are preserved — resuming later is straightforward.

  1. Log in to unawair and open Subscription from the menu.
  2. In the “Subscription management” section, click Cancel.
  3. LemonSqueezy’s Customer Portal opens — follow the on-screen prompts to confirm.

After cancellation, the price table shows the plan status as canceled (解約予定). Until the end date shown — which is the last day of the period you’ve paid for — all features of your current plan, including automatic control, remain available.

  • Until the end date: automatic control keeps running. You can still add and edit areas.
  • After the end date: the subscription drops to “free (not subscribed)”, and automatic control stops.
  • Your data: your account, area settings, temperature history, and integrations are all preserved. Resuming the subscription later picks up where you left off.

If you cancel during the 14-day free trial, no charges are made. Cancel before the trial end date to avoid the first payment.

If you change your mind before the end date, you can reactivate immediately:

  1. Open the subscription management page.
  2. Click Reactivate (only shown while in the canceled-but-not-yet-expired state).
  3. Confirm in the Customer Portal.

You’re back to a normal subscription, with the next charge happening on your usual renewal date.

If the subscription has fully ended, you can sign up again at any time:

  1. From the subscription management page, pick a plan and click Start.
  2. Complete the LemonSqueezy checkout.

Because your data is preserved, automatic control resumes with your existing area setup as soon as you complete checkout. Note that resubscription is treated as a new contract — whether the 14-day free trial applies again depends on LemonSqueezy’s policy (in many cases it does not, since you’ve already used the trial once).

  • Cancel: stops the subscription only. Account and data remain.
  • Delete account: removes the account itself. Profile, areas, integrations, and temperature history are all wiped and cannot be restored.

You cannot delete the account while a subscription is active — cancel first, then use Delete account from the settings page.
